Paul Szego, Psychologist who is part of our Behaviour Region Services Team
in TDSB on how to deal with challenging behaviours. If you are able to

Owen Public School invites our parents to join us for a talk by Dr. Paul
Szego, C. Psych., who will discuss one of the most difficult aspects of
parenting: helping small people cope with big feelings. The workshop will help
parents gain a better understanding of their child’s feelings and behaviours,
as well as their triggers, and will offer some practical strategies to help our
children (and ourselves!) better cope with our emotions in calmer and
healthier ways.
